2. Sewage discharge information
The pollution-free emission mainly includes waste gas, wastewater, noise, and solid waste.
1. The waste gas in the electroplating workshop is mainly acid mist from the pickling tank. The waste gas generated is collected by the gas collector and is treated in the acid mist treatment tower caused by the exhaust fan, and is discharged through a 15-meter high exhaust cylinder. The concentration of pollutants discharged from the outside meets the requirements of Table 5 in the "Electrical Plating Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB21900-2008). .The smoke and dust above the zinc pot in the hot-dip workshop is collected by the air collecting hood and passed into the secondary treatment facility for treatment. The treated waste gas is directed to the exhaust cylinder above 20 meters high through the fan. The discharged waste gas meets the emission standard limit in the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
2. Wastewater mainly includes acid and alkali wastewater from the electroplating workshop, chromium-containing wastewater, acid mist treatment tower discharge water, deplating wastewater, membrane backwash water, and employees' domestic sewage and catering wastewater.
After the wastewater enters the comprehensive sewage treatment station for treatment, the chromium-containing wastewater is treated by reverse osmosis facilities and is reused. The concentrated water is treated as solid waste through drug addition precipitation. The other wastewater enters the CASS sewage treatment facility together and is discharged into the Wuming Gully in the eastern part of the factory and merges into the Jufeng River. The discharged wastewater meets national standards and has no impact on the surrounding water environment.
3. Noise mainly comes from various equipment. Through reasonable floor layout and comprehensive technical measures such as sound insulation, sound silencing, and sound absorption, plants and trees are planted to form sound insulation barriers. After adopting the above-mentioned governance measures, the noise of each factory boundary meets the three requirements of the "Noise Emission Standard for Factory Boundary of Industrial Enterprises" GB12348-2008.
4. Solid waste mainly includes scrap materials, waste welding slag, waste engine oil, domestic waste, and sludge. All solid waste is disposed of, with an effective efficiency of 100%, and has no impact on the surrounding environment.

2.1 Introduction to the basic situation of the unit.
Rizhao Fenghua Scaffolding Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise. The company's products include various scaffolding, construction fasteners and other products, which are mainly exported to more than 110 countries and regions including Europe, America, Australia and Southeast Asia.
This project is a scaffolding and construction fastener processing project. It was invested and constructed by Rizhao Fenghua Scaffolding Co., Ltd. It is located in Jingang Industrial Park, Jufeng Town. It is 700m from Provincial Highway 222 in the west and 600m from Dutch-Japan Railway in the north. The factory covers an area of 28,000 square meters. It currently has 386 employees, including 48 professional and technical personnel, 128 main production equipment (sets), with a total asset of 89.53 million yuan, and 330 days of work throughout the year.
This project invests 33 million yuan to build 2 cutting production lines, 1 cold throttling line, 2 foot pedal forming assembly lines, 4 welding production lines, 1 machining production line, 1 fastener assembly production line, 5 forging production lines, 1 hot-dip galvanizing production line, 4 electro-galvanizing production lines, 1 scaffolding assembly production line, and finished products and raw materials warehouses. 4. Emergency response
4.1 Accident discovery and alarm call
4.1.1 When an emergency is discovered, or has occurred, the employee who first discovers an accident shall initially evaluate and confirm that the accident has occurred, immediately warn the first group exposed to danger, immediately report to the emergency coordinator, and immediately activate emergency alarms such as evacuation signal alarm devices if necessary. If feasible, the source of the accident should be controlled to prevent the accident from worsening.
4.1.2 After receiving the alarm, the emergency coordinator shall immediately rush to the scene to make an initial assessment (the nature of the accident, the accurate source of the accident, quantity and material leakage degree, the hazards of the accident may cause to the environment and human health), determine the emergency response level and activate the emergency plan, notify the unit of personnel, emergency personnel and emergency agencies that may be affected by the accident. If external rescue is required, the relevant departments of the local government should be notified immediately.
4.2 Accident control
4.2.1 Response rating
Level 1: A complete emergency, a situation where the accident range is large and difficult to control; a situation where the unit exceeds the control scope and affects the nearby units; a chain reaction that affects the surrounding areas outside the accident unit; a serious harm, poses an extreme threat to life and property, and may require large-scale evacuation; it mainly includes:
Hazardous waste leakage caused by natural disasters such as typhoons and heavy rainstorms. The leakage area has exceeded the hazardous waste storage area, and the crisis is adjacent to units and areas;
Fire accidents occur in waste oil barrel storage areas and waste mineral oil storage areas. The fire accidents spread to surrounding factories, office areas, buildings, etc., which may cause serious personnel and property losses;
An explosion occurred in a hazardous waste storage area, which endangers surrounding factories, office areas, buildings, etc., and may cause serious damage to personnel and property;
Level 2: Limited emergency situations with a large range of accidents, limited to the unit area, only a limited spread range, affecting the conditions of adjacent production units; in a relatively dangerous accident, the accident poses a potential threat to life and property, and the surrounding threats require limited evacuation;
The leakage of hazardous waste caused by natural disasters such as typhoons and heavy rainstorms has not exceeded the hazardous waste storage area and has not endangered neighboring units and areas;
Fire accidents occurred in waste oil barrel storage areas and waste mineral oil storage areas, and the fire accidents did not spread to surrounding factories, office areas, buildings, etc.;
A leak occurs during transport of hazardous waste, which may pollute the regional environment;
Level 3: A potential emergency situation. An accident can be controlled by the first responder and generally does not require external assistance; an accident is limited to a small area within the unit and does not immediately pose a danger to life and property;
4.2.2 Vigilance and Public Security
When an accident occurs, immediately organize company security personnel to maintain the security order on the site, establish a warning area around the accident site, prevent unrelated personnel from entering the emergency site, and ensure smooth traffic such as rescue teams, material transportation and crowd evacuation.
4.2.3 Emergency response
Arrange and set up dangerous areas, isolation areas, and safety areas, and organize personnel management;
Technical measures and operating procedures used to cut off pollution sources and dispose of pollutants;
Take measures such as covering, sheltering, isolation, decontamination, dilution, neutralization, and disinfection to eliminate the harm of accidents;
4.3 Emergency termination
Emergency termination conditions:
Fire accident: The fire is controlled, the flames are extinguished, the fire transmission route is cut off, the on-site personnel are safely evacuated, and the leakage of hazardous waste is controlled;
Explosion accident: The explosion source is controlled, there is no secondary explosion source, the flames are extinguished, the on-site personnel are safely evacuated, and the leakage of hazardous waste is controlled;
Leak accident: The leakage is effectively controlled and personnel on site are safely evacuated;
The emergency termination order is issued by the coordinator
5. Personnel safety and rescue
On-site first aid: When an accident occurs such as injury or poisoning, immediately report 120 first aid and organize personnel to carry out first aid. Emergency personnel transfer injured or poisoned employees to safe areas and carry out first aid measures such as trauma bandage and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Personnel evacuation: When hazardous waste explosions, fires, serious leakages, etc. occur, relevant personnel must be organized to evacuate the site. Explosions produce flying pieces, container debris containing hazardous waste, hazardous waste, etc.; combustion, explosion, overflow produces toxic and harmful gases; fires spread to other locations in the factory or may produce toxic and harmful gases; emergency personnel do not have necessary protective devices.
Personnel protection: In case of fire or explosion, isolation protective clothing, gas masks, and when liquid leakage occurs, the whole body must be protected.

7. Emergency prevention and guarantee plan

8. Accident report
When an accident occurs, the emergency coordinator will report to the Lanshan District Environmental Protection Bureau by telephone as soon as possible.
After the accident handling: From 5 to 15th after the accident, the emergency coordinator will report to the Lanshan District Environmental Protection Bureau in writing. The written report includes the basic situation of the unit, personnel rescue and rehabilitation, environmental pollution and prevention and control.
9. Time of implementation and effectiveness of emergency plans
