Rizhao Fenghua Scaffoldings Co., Ltd. is located in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, one of the most livable cities in the world as designated by the United Nations. Rizhao, named after the "first rays of sunlight", boasts its own port, airport, and high-speed rail, making transportation extremely convenient. A flight from Beijing or Shanghai to Rizhao takes about 90 minutes, and it's a 20-minute drive from Rizhao Airport to the factory. Established in 1953, our company is a professional factory producing building series products. Designated as a high-tech enterprise by the Shandong Provincial Government, our factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a workshop area of 40,000 square meters and 260 employees. We have more than a dozen production workshops, including cold bending and stamping, welding, cast steel, electrostatic spraying, and forging. We currently have 4 cold bending forming machines, 12 welding robots, 6 automatic welding production lines, 1 formwork profile forming production line, and 5 semi-automatic forging production lines. The production workshops have achieved automation or semi-automation. The annual production capacity is 1200 containers.
Our main products are building formwork and building scaffolding series products, as well as various supporting accessories. Building formwork includes 10 types and more than 80 specifications of aluminum alloy formwork, heavy-duty steel, lightweight, multi-hole formwork, cylindrical formwork, and adjustable supports. Steel formwork can be used with PERI TRIO, HUNNEBECK RASTO, DOKAFRAMI, and TOPEC HARSCO products. Building scaffolding series include five major series: disc type, bowl type, banana type, HK type, and frame type, as well as various footboards, guardrails, fasteners, accessories, and tools that match the scaffolding, with more than 1,000 varieties and specifications. Disc scaffolding can be used interchangeably with LAYHER products. All our products are exported and have been exported to 126 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, America, Oceania, and Africa. We are one of the earliest established, largest-scale, and most comprehensive manufacturers and exporters of building formwork and scaffolding in China.
Our company has physical and chemical laboratories to conduct timely tracking tests on incoming raw materials and products during the production process. Product quality control is strictly in accordance with the IS09001 quality management system. Welding is fully in accordance with the European standard EN1090 and has obtained the relevant European standard certificate. Product acceptance standards are implemented in accordance with international standards BS1139 and EN74, and we have obtained 22 related certificates, including EN 1065, EN74, and CE. Our products are of stable quality and timely delivery, and we can also undertake processing according to drawings and samples.
